IBM and Kroger have entered into an agreement to install new technology initiatives throughout its stores. The technology initiative called Store Integration Framework (SIF) aims to improve efficiencies and create new services for shoppers.
This initiative will be able to introduce innovative services quickly and will improve the customer’s shopping experience.
