The Singapore-based leading Internet service provider, Pacific Internet Ltd, is said to have launched Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service in India. The new solution is called Packet Vocal. The company believes that this new IP telephony solution is for enterprises, small and medium businesses (SMBs) and retail segments.
This enterprise-grade IP-based service comes with a set of value-added services especially made for the voice carrier market across verticals, including the IT-BPO sector.
