Leading electronic security system provider Zicom announced a strategic tie-up with Future Media for retailing its products from exclusive Zicom retail counters placed in 100 outlets of Future Group’s select retail formats. These formats include Big Bazaar, Brand Factory, Collection I, Central, E-Zone, Electronics Bazaar, Food Bazaar, Furniture Bazaar, M Port, and WSC. In the sector of electronic security systems, Zicom is the first company to introduce display counters across such retail formats.
Speaking about the partnership, Manohar Bidaye, chairman, Zicom Electronic Security Systems Limited, said, “Through this tie-up we aim to expand our reach and get more close to customers. The new initiative will enable us to expand our national footprint and increase our sales.”
The look and feel of Zicom display counters across all formats of Future Group will be the same, and will deliver standardised consumer experience. These counters will sell directly to the end-user and are facilitated to provide demonstration of products and after-sales service, as also to handle day-to-day enquiries of customers, up-selling and annual maintenance.

By introducing retail counters at the various retail formats of Future Group, we are increasing awareness among the people and educating them about the safety and security measures that can be taken to mitigate the fear. We plan to have all 100 retail counters operational by the 1st week of July.”
