Owners of Ethos Swiss Watch are in for some rewards with the company launching a special loyalty programme for its customers. At present, though, this is restricted only to customers in Mumbai. The membership comes with a range of rewards including exclusive offers and redeemable points.
Yashovardhan Saboo, CEO, Ethos, said, “The market for luxury watches is growing at a rapid rate in India. With the increase in disposable incomes, Indian consumers are demanding high-quality luxury products and are willing to pay a premium for the same.”
Future plans of Ethos include expansion of the retail chain network to other major cities in India, with a target of 12 studios by the end of 2007 and 40 by 2010. The chain also plans to become the preferred retail partner in India for Swiss watch brands.
Ethos has grown to be a chain of nine stores around the country, spanning Bangalore, Chandigarh, Delhi, Ludhiana, Mumbai and Pune, and offers more than 20 premium and luxury Swiss watch brands including Breguet, Cartier, IWC, Omega, Maurice Lacroix, Rado, Tag Heuer, and many more.
