Paras Downtown Square coming up at Zirakpur on Delhi-Chandigarh-Shimla highway has bagged the Indian Property Awards 2007.
One of the largest malls with four multiplexes coming up on 3,50,000 square feet area at Zirakpur in Punjab gets the award as the Best Commercial project.
The mall is to open in January next and would cater to middle and upper middle segments having a business hotel, four-screen multiplex by Adlabs, food court and children’s entertainment corner, with top brands promising a world-class shopping experience. The building is being equipped with an air condition system which automatically adjusts as per the solar load and maintains energy efficiency.
