Reliance Retail launched its second Reliance Wellness store at Westend Central Avenue Road, Chembur. The outlet is spread over 3,100 square feet, and stocks more than 8,000 SKUs including pharmaceutical drugs.
Other than drugs, the outlet will offer free computerised eye testing, as well as curative and health-and-beauty solutions.
Reliance Wellness claims that a key feature in the store includes customer-focused initiatives like Medication Compliance Program, whereby customers will be offered a reminder service for on-time replenishment of their health-related products.
The store will showcase wellness events, seminars, workshops and advisory camps on contemporary wellness issues like diabetes, hypertension, fitness, diet and nutrition, weight management and skin care.
A local health directory will be set up in the stores, which will have contact information of local hospitals and doctors. Other features include free accidental insurance depending upon the level of purchase, and a wellness newsletter carrying features on healthcare, lifestyle, nutrition, food, beauty and spiritual health.
