Nirmal Lifestyle, the Mumbai-based real estate developer, will start operating Phase II of its Nirmal Lifestyle malls, in Mulund, Mumbai, by the end of this year.
Confirming the news to Indiaretailing, Dharmesh Jain, chairman and managing director, Nirmal Lifestyle, said, “We will start operations of our phase II by the end of this financial year.”
According to Jain, the architectural patterns used for this mall are better than that of phase I, and the shopping centres will house major national and international brands.”
As part of strategic initiation, Nirmal Lifestyles is on a rapid pace of developing one of largest convention centers in India’s with shopping malls. “A non-static beginning to make the city’s most happening spots has already begun,” said Jain.
