Bengaluru-based apparel exporter Indus Fila has planned to open around 30 to 40 apparel retailing stores in the country by September 2008.
Besides targeting 500 stores in two years in the country, the company also plans to foray in the markets of West Asia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
Announcing plans, Nitin Mandhana, vice-chairman and managing director, Indus Fila said: “We will be experimenting with various formats including small and mid-size family stores.”
