The Reliance-ADAG led entertainment chain Adlabs has announced plans to enter Chennai by opening three multiplexes with 17 screens. One of the upcoming projects is associated with a 1.3 lakh square foot retail project.
According to an official press release, Adlabs has planned one multiplex each for locations including Mint Street in north Chennai, Royapettah in central Cennai and old Mahabalipuram road on the outskirts of the city and these all projects are in the initial stages of their development.
According to the company, Chennai offers a viable ground for multiplex business, with the only limitation being delivery of completed mall spaces
