Real estate major, Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL), has announced the launch of Parsvnath City Centre, a commercial project at Sonepat. The project is scheduled to be completed within a span of 30 months.
The commercial shopping complex spread over an area of 3.32 acres is located in the heart of Sonepat town, in the commercial hub in close proximity to the railway station.
Parsvnath City Centre will have 3, 70,000 square feet of saleable area. It will have ground plus four floors. The project offers shopping mall, an entertainment center, multiplexes and food courts with restaurants, said a statement from the company.
At present, Parsvnath’s projects in Sonepat include Parsvnath City, an integrated township having Parsvnath Preston, a group housing project and Parsvnath Mall, a commercial project.
