HyperCITY Retail (India) Ltd has extended its portfolio to offer a gourmet food store. Called ‘GourmetCity’, the store has been launched at HyperCity’s Malad store at Inorbit Mall. The Hypercity team have brought together an assortment of superior quality, authentic delicacies from across the world in a fully interactive environment.
“Gourmet food is as much about the experience as it is about the taste” said Andrew Levermore, Hypercity CEO. The store format is customer friendly with many on site consumption points which allow the discerning customer direct interaction and taste.
“We have mixed gourmet food shopping with a fine dining experience” added Levermore. The offerings at the store would include foods such as specialty cheeses, exotic snacks, pre packaged meats, sauces, vegetables and fruits; bakery and confectionary products and dining accessories sourced from across the world.
The store also hosts mini sections viz. a Juice Bar, Deli counter, Olive bar, Salad counter, Bakery, Tea and Coffee bars, Spices counter and a Seafood and Sushi bar. In addition, the section would also include fresh gourmet Meals-to-Go, hand-made chocolates, freshly baked breads, marinated meats, upscale deli goods, gifting ideas, hampers, exotic pickles and jams.
