Tradeshow Marketing Company Ltd, a specialty product development and direct to consumer commerce company with operations in North America, announced the closure of its two retail stores in Arizona, US, due to underperformance and increasingly challenging retail conditions. This decision came as part of an ongoing effort to reduce expenses and reverse losses.
“Though the decision to close the stores was not easy, it was a necessary step to prevent further losses and cash flow decreases,” said Luniel de Beer, president and CEO of Tradeshow.
De Beer continued, “We thank our loyal Arizona customers for their support over the years. We also thank our store employees for their hard work and dedication, and we are committed to assist them with this transition.”
Management continues to assess prospective locations, suitable to develop a set of showcase stores through which it seeks to demonstrate and expand its national retail brand. In addition, management is assessing non-traditional retail concepts, while continuing with its tradeshow operations to debut its developing line of proprietary branded products, and remains focused on executing its business plan for launching its products via direct response channels.
