As part of company’s plan to expand its pan India presence, the Itarsi-based Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd, a leading soya bean processor and producer of refined soya bean oil, will tie up with Reliance Fresh and Vishal Retail soon.
According to sources close to the development, the deal with Vishal Retail will be finalised this week, followed by that with Reliance Fresh by the end of October this year.
The company is also targeting branded as well as private label segments through various big retailers to reach maximum consumers in the near future.
Meanwhile, the company has also planned to raise funds worth Rs 2 billion. The fund, to be raised for business expansion, will be managed through a combination of qualified institutional buyers, external commercial borrowings, global depository receipts or private placement.
