Choice Hotels India, a part of Choice Hotels International, one of the leading and widespread lodging franchisor of the world with over 5000 hotels across the globe, has tied-up with Amrapali Real Estate Group for managing Clarion inn and suites in Greater Noida. With this project, the Amrapali Group makes a foray into the hospitality sector.
According to a company’s press release, the new property, to be completed in the next 18-20 months, is being built in contemporary style and will offer modern amenities to business travelers. The release further claims that this new hotel will be the only one in Delhi and NCR, which would have 60 per cent of its rooms as suites.
The hotel will consist of 200 rooms, an Oriental restaurant with 80 covers and an Indian restaurant with 50 covers, bar and coffee shop and discotheque, spa and swimming pool and banqueting and convention facility spread over 5000 square feet.
