In a recent development, the board of directors of the PVR has approved the merger of Sunrise Infotainment Pvt Ltd with the parent company, PVR Ltd.
Earlier, Sunrise Infotainment Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, was engaged in operating a six screen multiplex with 1783 seats at Oberoi Mall, Mumbai.
Speaking to Indiaretailing, Pramod Arora, president and CEO, PVR, confirmed this development. However, he did not mention further details.
