SRS Group, one of India’s leading real estate developers with business interests in real estate and township development, multiplex, retail and hospitality, has extended its arm to Gujarat with the launch of SRS Shital Varsha Mall – 3 in Ahmedabad.
Spread across four floors over an area of 40,000 square feet, the mall houses SRS Value Bazaar on the ground floor and branded apparel retail outlet, SRS Fashion Wear on the first floor. The second floor is dedicated to home furnishing goods whereas the third floor houses a multi-cuisine vegetarian food court branded ‘SRS 7Dayz Food Court’, said a company press release.
Dr Anil Jindal, CMD, SRS Group, said, “An extensive choice of products is available at SRS Shital Varsha including FMCG products, branded apparels, footwear, home furnishing items and products for daily use in homes. We also have the SRS 7Dayz Food court here, which will offer excellent food and an enjoyable ambience to add to the dining experience of our customers.”
With 41 organised retail outlets operational in different cities in northern India occupying around 15 lakh square feet retail space , the Faridabad-based SRS Group also intends to increase its penetration across various geographies in future and has signed lease agreements for over 50 locations with leading developers across various territories, added thr release.
