Chennai-based saree retailer Nalli has launched its premium retail brand Nalli Next in Bengaluru. Nalli Next, which already has an outlet in Chennai, would be a shift from the parent store, which offers traditional Kanchipuram sarees.
The 11,000 square feet store, offering sarees in different categories is for the discerning shopper, who is not necessarily occasion-led, said Lavanya Nalli, president, Nalli.
On expansion plans for Nalli Next, Lavanya said that given the market conditions, the company would like to wait and watch for a year before opening the third store.
