Promoters of Chennai-based hospitality services major Radhakrishna Hospitality Services (RKHS) are in talks with leading MNCs including Sodexho, Aramark and Sofra to sell the majority stake of the company, reports The Economic Times.
“Many firms, including Sodexho, Aramark and Sofra, have approached us for a possible buyout. But currently, we do not want to sell out. At an opportune time, if our needs are met, and if it’s the right fit, we’ll decide,” quoted Raju Shete, chairman, Radhakrishna Hospitality Services in the report.
Currently, the company is of worth Rs 4.5 billion and operates customised food distribution and retail operation through Foodland stores across India.
