CHD Developers, one of north India’s real estate majors, has announced the launch of its commercial project CHD Plaza at Karnal in Haryana. The plaza is being developed at the company’s township project CHD City, which is expecting around 3,500 families to inhabit over the next two years, according to a company press release.
RK Mittal, chairman and managing director, CHD Developers, said, “As the company is expecting around 3,500 families to inhabit in CHD City over the next two years, CHD Plaza will soon be a business hub and the brands including FMCG, electronics and consumer durables, home décor and furnishings would see promising growth from their stores at the plaza. We expect an estimated business opportunity at over Rs 6 billion annually.”
Further, the company is also offering a guaranteed return of 12 per cent per annum to the tenants on the buying price for 24 months. The project is scheduled for completion and delivery by December 2010, added the release.
