Mumbai-based apparel major Provogue plans to invest Rs 250 million for setting up about 35 Provogue stores and eight Promart outlets across the country, according to media reports.
The 35 Provogue stores will be set up by 2010 across the country with an investment of Rs 150 million in a retail space of 800-4,000 square feet, added the reports.
Of the eight proposed Promart stores, four will come this year and the remaining next year. These stores will come at an investment of over Rs 100 million, the reports added. Currently, Promart outlets are located in Indore and Ahmedabad spreading across a retail area of 20,000 square feet.
