Chennai-based jewellery retailer Prince Jewellery is looking to consolidate itself in South India. The jewellery chain, which has three stores in Chennai and one in Thiruvananthapuram, is all set to open its store in Bengaluru.
Further, two more stores are being planned in Kochi and Tiruchi.
Although the market is dull with high gold prices, Prince Jewellery hopes the wedding season demand will see it through the tough times. The Rs 2.50 billion retailer will invest around Rs 250 million this year.
