In a new development, Indiabulls Retail has announced that Tarun Tyagi has resigned from the office of director with effect from March 18, 2009.
The announcement, which came through the latest filing of the company to Bombay Stock Exchange, further disclosed that Mehul CC Johnson has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company. His appointment came into effect from March 18, 2009. Moreover, the company said that Johnson is not related to any of the directors of the company.
