The Himalaya Drug Company opened two more outlets in Delhi-NCR — one at The Hyatt Regency hotel and the second at Lajpat Nagar in New Delhi. The outlets showcase the entire range of herbal healthcare and personal care products of the company. The new stores are comprised over 200 product range, and are based on a scientifically developed plannogram that allows for ease and convenience in shopping and makes it shopper friendly.
The more emphasis on these new outlets is given on access, experience and service. These stores are electronically linked to a CRM cell where customer queries can be answered by a panel of doctors. It also has trained personnel who can provide customers with relevant product information.
Speaking at the inauguration, Saket Gore, business head — Consumer Products Division, The Himalaya Drug Company says, “Presently, we have one exclusive outlet in Delhi. Being centrally located, these new stores will be easily accessible to our customers who will be able to choose from our head-to-heel range of products.”
