Aalim Hakim’s new concept at True Fitness in Andheri, Mumbai on June 12 was reason for celebration in Bollywood circles.
“This is my third salon in the city and having it as a part of the gym this time is a novel and exciting concept. I have taken it a step further by concentrating on wellness and not just styling. This place is like a complete package to a blissful life. I believe it’s going to be an overall experience. ” says Aalim.
The guest list included Salman Khan, his brother Arbaaz Khan, Sanjay Kapoor, Emraan Hashmi, Saif Ali Khan, Suniel Shetty, Tusshar Kapoor, Celina Jaitley, Mithun Chakraborty, Sonu Sood, Subhash Ghai, Paritosh Painter, Vishal Bhardwaj, Imtiaz Ali, choreographer Bosco, Chunky Pandey, among many others.
Aalim’s second salon in Mumbai opened earlier this year in Versova with a completely different concept – open spaces on both sides, a Mediterranean spirit and a health bar.
