The luxury brand, Da Milano, has launched its stores at Linking Road and Inrobit Mall, Malad in Mumbai. The stores are spread over 1,000-2,000 square feet.
Talking exclusively to IndiaRetailing, Sahil Malik, managing director, Da Milano, says, “Our current total retail space is 50,000 square feet and the existing number of outlets are 22 and by the end of 2010, we’ll have total of 35 outlets, that is, 13 more outlets will be added by the end of this year.”
He further adds, “Our collections are designed keeping in mind contemporary lifestyles, making sure that customers are kept abreast of what’s happening on the international fashion scene. Also, we’re opening our exclusive boutiques in the growing markets such as Chennai, Kolkata and Bangalore by the end of this quarter.”
Da Milano is present in India including New Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur and Mumbai. However, its design studio is based in Italy.
