Reliance Retail Limited (RRL) has launched its flagship apparel, luggage and accessories store, Reliance Trends, in Thane at Korum Mall, Mumbai.
The company has opened many such stores in Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jalandhar, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Nasik, Indore, Vishakhapatnam, Chennai and Guntur. This is 18th ‘Trends’ store in the country and second in Mumbai after Bandra.
The store has a spread of 23,000 square feet shopping area and offers more than 100 Indian and international brands for men, women and kids.“We believe that with affordable prices our products will be welcomed by consumers. We have a wide collection of designs for the entire family, from Reliance’s captive collections under a single roof at affordable prices,” said Arun Sirdeshmukh, chief executive, Reliance Trends.”
Apart from the ready-to-wear garments, the store also caters to consumers who prefer to shop for fabric and tailor their clothes. Reliance’s captive brands include Pureza, Network, Netplay DNMX and Graviti for men and Sparsh, Hushh, Panda and Frendz. Through its subsidiary RRL, RIL forayed into organised retail segment with its first retail store in November 2006. Today, it operates more than 1,000 stores across 86 cities in the country with over 4.2 million sq.ft of trading space.
