The DLF Place mall at Saket, New Delhi, has launched a multi-cuisine and authentic Indian food destination — Food Chowk. Spread over an area of 18,500 sq.ft, the food court brings famous and cherished food brands from Delhi and other part of the country under one roof.
Present at Food Chowk are brands such as Karim’s, Nizam’s, Sagar Ratna and Bijoli Grill.
“Food Chowk is a culmination of India’s best street food and famous Indian food brands under one roof. The USP of this place is its ambience and hygiene, as every dish is prepared in front of the customer,” said Arindam Kunar, VP, DLF Place. The mall is also coming up with other brands such as Rajdhani Thali, Nathu Sweets, Moti Mahal and Nirulas. “We are also planning to launch Coastal and Kashmiri cuisines,” Kunar added.
DLF Place has both minimum guarantee and revenue-sharing models with the food brands.
