Moments, a mall being developed by Anantraj Projects Limited, will be operational in Delhi from Q3 of this year.
The mall, located on the Dwarka-Noida Metro Line, near the Kirti Nagar interchange station in Delhi, has a built-up area of 750,000 sq.ft and a gross leasable area of 550,000 sq ft.
Paras Arora, Sr VP, Retail, Anantraj Projects Limited, said some of the anchors at the mall are More Megastore, Westside and Lilliput World.
More Megastore will be opening its largest hypermarket, spread over 60,000 sq.ft area, at the mall. The size of Westside will be approximately 27,000 sq.ft, while that of Lilliput World will be 15,000 sq.ft.
“There will also be an indoor amusement FEC (family entertainment centre) spread over an area of approximately 40,000 sq.ft,” Arora said.
Moments also boasts of a huge food court – DEL15 – spread over an approximate area of 50,000 sq ft.
Vanilla leasing of the mall will start from June 15.
