Ambience Commercial Developers Pvt Ltd-promoted Ambience Mall, Delhi will become operational from July 7 this year. Located in Vasant Kunj, the mall has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 1.1 million sq.ft.
A company official said some of the anchors at the mall are Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Pantaloons, Westside, Collective and PVR. The mall has both the minimum guarantee and revenue sharing rental models with retailers.
The main attraction of the mall, the company says, is its YST (Young Savvy Trendy) style positioning.
The local architect for the mall is Achal Kataria and Associates, while DP Architect, Singapore, is the lead design architect.
The mall has ground plus three floors in addition to basement parking area.
Ambience Mall, Gurgaon has already been in operation for the last few years.
