Department store chain Shoppers Stop has expanded its footprint in Delhi-NCR by launching its seventh store in the region. The 75,000 sq.ft store, which opened in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, on August 10, houses top notch brands such as Austin Reed, Mustang, GAS, Playboy, UCB, US Polo and s.Oliver. The outlet also has in-house brands such as Stop, Kashish, Vettorio Fratini, Haute Curry, Life and Elliza Donatein, among others.
Launching the new store, Govind Shrikhande, customer care associate and managing director, Shopper’s Stop Ltd, said, “Being the pioneers of modern retail in India, it has been our constant endeavour to scale new heights and continuously modernise retail. Our new store at Vasant Kunj is a testimony to this quest.”
Asserting that Delhi-NCR is pulsating with a keen fashion sense, Shrikhande said, “We have more than 2.8 lakh ‘First Citizens’ (loyalty programme members) in the region. The new store at Vasant Kunj will be a convenient fashion destination for our loyalty programme members who reside in the catchment. We firmly believe the new store will not only meet, but exceed, the aspirations of our esteemed customers.”
Shoppers Stop now has 32 stores across the country.
