Vishala India Commercial Developers Pvt Ltd is setting up a state-of-the-art composite shopping mall – Royal Meenakshi Mall – in Bangalore. Located on Bannerghatta Road, the mall will have retail area, a food court, family entertainment centre and a multiplex. It will commence operations by October this year.
Covering an area of six lakh sq.ft, Royal Meenakshi Mall will have nine levels, including four levels for retail, one each for the food court and a seven-screen Cinepolis multiplex with a seating capacity of 1,400, and three levels of basement parking, which will accommodate over 1,000 cars and 500 two-wheelers.
The mall, located diagonally opposite Sri Meenakshi Temple, features a large frontage and entrances from three sides. The target catchment is essentially from existing and proposed residential apartments on and off Bannerghatta Road, JP Nagar, BTM Layout, Banashankari, Vijaya Bank Colony and L&T South City.
