Mary Kay Cosmetics India Pvt Ltd., one of the world’s largest direct sellers of skin care and colour cosmetics, inaugurated its first Beauty Centre in Delhi (at Janpath) this month. The aim of the center is to enhance business opportunities for for its independent beauty consultants. Hina Nagarajan, Country Manager, Mary Kay India, says, “We at Mary Kay are very excited as we opened our brand new Beauty Centre in Delhi. We thank our consultants and customers, who have shown faith in us.” At the occasion, she also spoke about the brand’s latest festive product line, about which the entire team is very excited. “Mary Kay is elated to launch another product specially developed for India apart from our Limited Edition Festive Range for the forthcoming festival season. We have further expanded our portfolio, as the demand for our products is growing. We will continue to invest in new products to support the business of our independent sales force members, who are taking Mary Kay’s mission of enriching women’s lives forward.” Mary Kay is also planning to open several regional warehouses along with local offices to facilitate ordering and payment support for their sales force. The company plans to invest approximately $20 million USD during the first five years of its presence in the country.
