US-based Revlon Products Inc, has appointed Julia Goldwin as the Senior Vice President and Global Chief Marketing Officer. The post has been filled after a long gap of four years. She was earlier the Senior VP and Deputy Chief Marketing Officer of Coca Cola, Japan. Goldwin’s global post will consolidate Revlon’s entire marketing functions under one roof, which were earlier divided across the company’s nine global portfolio leaders who used to manage specific brands. Now, the global portfolio leaders will report to Goldwin, who will also be responsible for communications and public relation functions. As a corporate stalwart, she believes that countries like China, Hong Kong, India and Taiwan are the new face of growth and expansion. She is likely to oversee Revlon’s philanthropic causes as well.
