The French cosmetic brand, Nars Cosmetics, a division of Shiseido Cosmetics America Ltd, is ready to open its first flagship boutique in Manhattan’s West Village, New York City by spring 2011. At present, it has more than 41 doors in Asia, with plans to increase its presence by the end of next year.
