UK-based luxury brand, Jimmy Choo, has unveiled its first scent called ‘Simply Jimmy Choo’.
Tamara Mellon, Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Jimmy Choo, says, “It was really the next natural step. I wanted to do fragrances from the beginning of Jimmy Choo. I want to accessorise a woman completely, and fragrance is something a woman wears every day.” The fragrance, created with Inter Parfums and composed by International Flavors & Fragrances Perfumer, Olivier Polge, is a modern, fruity chypre with green top notes, along with notes of tiger orchid, sweet toffee and Indonesian patchouli. The fragrance will launch worldwide in February 2011, along with a body lotion and shower gel. An eau de toilette version will also be available for sale in select global markets.
