Denmark-based fashion house Bestseller has launched a new store in Mumbai offering three of its in-house brands – Vero Moda, Jack & Jones and ONLY. The new store on Linking Road is spread over an area of 15,000 sq.ft across three floors.
“The design of the store is similar to that of a European high street store with clean and large facades,” said Vineet Gautam, country head, Bestseller Retail India, on the launch of the store.
Stressing that the store has been designed to give consumers an international shopping experience, he said, “We flew international designers to design the building and shop; it took two years of hard effort to put this in place. Everything in the store is imported from Europe and each brand has its unique brand identity and values,” Gautam added.
Sharing future plans of the company, he said, “We plan to have 200 EBOs by the end of 2012. Our focus is to be in each market where the consumer is in the next three years and provide them the latest global fashion in a completely international ambience.”
