After the success of ‘Diva’, one of the renowned Italian restaurants in Delhi, Ritu Dalmia, the owner of Diva and a leading Italian chef from India, has launched a new café format restaurant under the brand, Café Diva in N Block Market, Greater Kailash – I, New Delhi. Café Diva is set to offer an intimate bistro experience in upscale casual dining.
Café Diva spreads across an area of 1350 sq ft, offering an arrangement that can cater to over 40 consumers at a time. The menu at Café Diva presents authentic flavours of Italy in a contemporary setting. The restaurant’s warm décor and ambience is inspired by interactivity with intermittent views of the kitchen.
Ritu approaches her unique dishes with creativity using only the highest quality ingredients that offer premium freshness and taste with delicacies prepared from the freshest of handpicked fruits and vegetables. At the Café, the city will be able to savour food that tastes as good as it looks.
“Food is meant to be shared and enjoyed with good company,” said Ritu Dalmia. “The small plates, intimate atmosphere and attentive service at Cafe Diva will allow our diners to sample a variety of creative noshes as a light snack or entire meal,” she added.
The Café will also soon offer a selection of award-winning international wines.
The café is open seven days-a-week from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. with dinner being served from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. In the evening the Café transforms to present a sensual dining experience.
