Fortune Hotels, the wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Ltd, has recently opened ‘Earthen Oven’, a chain of North Indian speciality restaurants, at Fortune Select Excalibur hotel in Gurgaon.
The 1,753-sq.ft restaurant offers seating for 70.
“Earthen Oven is a perfect place for tandoori food lovers,” said Sandeep Joshi, GM, Fortune Select Excalibur.
On the average bill value (ABV) expected from the Gurgaon restaurant, Joshi said, “It will be Rs 2,000 per couple.”
Earthen Oven, one of the most popular food and beverage brands of Fortune Hotels, has its presence in cities such as Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Indore, Jammu, Ludhiana, Noida and Visakhapatnam, among others.
