Over the next five years, New Delhi-based Ozone Fitness N Spa is planning to open 50 new fitness clubs and spas in tier I and II cities. The compay at present has five boutique health clubs and spas in Delhi, Gurgaon and Hyderabad and their expansion plans include going the franchisee way; and is also getting into joint ventures.
Naveen Kandhari, MD, Ozone Fitness N Spa, says, “Our major focus would be to offer an exhaustive business support mechanism to our franchisees so as to enable them achieve their business objectives by attaining the overall market leadership position in the given geography.”
Elaborating further, he emphasizes that a marketing plan is in place to enhance business opportunities in certain locations. “But, without compromising the size and quality of the franchisee, as we believe franchisees are as good as company-owned outlets when it comes to customer satisfaction,” he adds.
