US based skin care, makeup and cosmetics company Clinique is launching the three new Clinique Experience counters in India’s main cities, including the Forum Mall in Kolkata, the Ambience Mall in Delhi and the Shoppers Stop Mall in Mumbai(Andheri). The specially designed counters provide an innovative way of selling skin care, makeup and fragrance that focuses on the interaction between the client and the Clinique consultant.

In addition to the iconic Clinique Computer, the space is configured around the “Diagnostic Center,” which is equipped with the Clinique Diagnostic Mirror that was originally used in private practice by Dr. Norman Orentreich, Clinique’s original Guiding Dermatologist. The Mirror allows to see a clients’ skin in a better way and show the key concerns such as oiliness, dryness, enlarged pores, lines, discolouration and breakouts.
Clinique was established in India in 2007 with one counter in Gurgaon Delhi and one store in Delhi. Today there are 11 counters in India including the new openings in February, 2 stores and 2 retail units at dermatologist clinics.
