Metro Shoes, an Indian footwear retailer, has opened its second store at MBD Mall, Ludhiana. Spread over 1,444 sq.ft., the new showroom stocks more than 10,000 pairs of ladies’, men’s and kid’s shoes by brands such as Florsheim, Lee Cooper, Red Tape, Bulchee, Fila, Franco Leone and Ganuchi.
Speaking on the occasion, Jairaj Kapoor, Regional Manager, Metro Shoes, said: “Customers today are looking for exclusive options that match the latest fashion trends with best quality and best price. Metro Shoes now gives them an opportunity to shop for all their needs under one roof.”
Men’s shoes at the store are priced from Rs. 1090 onwards while ladies’ shoes start from Rs. 590 onwards. Metro Shoes also houses men’s and women’s accessories such as handbags, wallets, belts and shoe care products ranging from Rs. 300.
Metro Shoes has a countrywide network of more 175 prime locations across India, offering a mix of Indian and international designs. The retailer clocked a turnover of Rs. 411 crore for 2010 – 11.
