Agaratala- Aitorma Sentrum, a retail and a commercial hub has planned its launch in April, 2012. Developed by TSCCF Shristi Infrastructure Development Ltd, the mall is spread in the total built up area of 1.10 lakh sq. ft.
The mall has already signed Baazar Kolkata as its anchor store. The other brands to mark their presence include Hoffmen, Titan and various vanilla and local brands.
Located at Sakuntala Road, the mall has a gross leasable area of one lakh sq ft, a loading ratio of 100:70 with approx 100 retail units. The mall has both covered and opened parking space and the parking capacity for 4-wheelers and 2-wheelers is divided into 50:50 ratio. Inhouse mall management will look after the maintenance, operation and parking management of the mall.
