Presto, a personalized gifts retailer, plans to open 500 retail stores by 2014. It has recently opened six outlets in Bangalore, Cochin, Pollachi, Dimapur, Ranchi, and Kolkata. The latest store which has opened in Bangalore this month is Presto’s fifth franchisee outlet at Banergatta Road. Presto will soon open another store in Bangalore at Phoenix Market City mall.
The retailer also launched a unique DIY (do it yourself) name plate which can be customized by the customers in the store.
Anurag Poddar, Director, Presto announced the setting of an additinal state-of-art production-unit-cum-warehouse spreading across 15,000 sq.ft. at Kolkata to facilitate the support system and entire supply system management by the end of this year.
