Promart Retail India, a multi-brand household retail chain, has opened its first retail store in Ahmedabad. Spread across 12,000 sq.ft., the store offers a range of apparel, accessories, bed linen, home furnishings, toys, and electronics targeting men, women, and children of all age groups.
Speaking on the occasion, Punit Agarwal, Chief Executive Officer, Promart Retail India, said: “We are pleased to announce the launch of this store in Ahmedabad as it is a very important market and we plan to create significant presence across the state of Gujarat which is in line with our overall growth strategy. Our aim is to bring a whole new dimension and revolutionize the fashion industry. Promart will enhance the shopping experience for people with a wide array of collection that it offers to its customers. The vast variety of offerings that we provide to our customers both in terms of quality and affordable pricing gives us an edge to stand out in the market place.”
Agarwal further said that the company plans to expand its operations in Surat, Baroda, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, and Mehsana in the next six months.
The brands available at the store include Arrow, Wrangler, Pepe, Mufti, J. Hampstead, and Gini & Jony, among others. The price range of the available products is from Rs 89 to 1,599 and the store also offers discount of up to 60 percent.
Promart Retail India is a chain of retail stores offering discounts and schemes all year round. Launched by Provogue India, the chain has been taken over by VEMB Lifestyle and Apple Group of Companies.
