Monte Carlo, a part of Oswal Woollen Mills, has opened its first flagship store in Bokaro, Jharkhand. Located at the City Centre, the store offers a range of winter wear for men, women, and kids.
Speaking on the occasion, Monica Oswal, Executive Director, Monte Carlo, said: “The city has evolved and has emerged a lot in past few years, where people now have an increased need to be associated with a brand, which allows them to look and feel good. With this new store, we arepleased to offer the international trend and fashion at an affordable price to the beautiful people of the steel city.”
Monte Carlo Fashions stocks cardigans, Nehru Jackets, trench coats, blazer, coats, track suits (woven as well as knitted), sweatshirts, Pashmina and Cashmere shawls, dresses, tunics, shrugs, cardis, etc. ranging from Rs 510 to 6,000. The upper segment brand presented by Monte Carlo is Canterbury which has a range of cardigans and pullovers priced between Rs 3,400 and 6,000.
Oswal Woollen Mills, the flagship company of the Rs 2,500 crore (US$ 520.80 mn) Nahar Group, began operations in 1949 as a small hosiery factory in Ludhiana. The Nahar Group is an industrial company with a portfolio including spinning, knitting, fabric processing, hosiery garments and knitwear, apart from infrastructure development and IT.
