Indian wear brand Biba has opened its first flagship store in Ahmedabad at AlphaOne mall. Spread over 2,500 sq.ft.,the outlet stocks the Spring Summer 2012 collection including SKD’s (Salwar Kameez Dupatta), Mix n Match Kurtas, leggings, and Biba Girls (for 2- to 12-year olds).
Speaking on the occasion, Siddhartha Bindra, Managing Director, Biba said: “We are delighted that our first flagship store in the country is opening in Ahmedabad. Infact, Gujarat as a region is doing extremely well for us. With our flagship store, we hope to enhance our customers’ shopping experience and showcase all our product categories to the fullest, especially unstitched fabrics and Biba Girls.”
The new outlet stocks four collections, namely Silver Moon, Nocturnal Oasis, Ibiza Holiday, and Bohemian Angels. The price range for the new collections starts from Rs 699.
Biba currently has over 87 exclusive stores in 40 cities. It is also available in large format stores such as Shopper’s Stop, Lifestyle, Pantaloons and Central.
