City Centre Mall is all set to start leasing the available space to its retail tenants. Located at Nikol, Ahmedabad, the property is promoted by Teraiya Group.
The total built up area of the mall is 150,000 sq.ft. and GLA is 73,000 sq.ft. It also has a parking area spread over 44,312 sq.ft.
Being in the process of leasing out, the mall has not revealed names of any retail tenant, but the area allocated to the anchors in the mall spreads over 28,300 sq.ft. Mini anchors will get 32,900 sq.ft. of space.
The mall has also allocated space for gaming and entertainment zone. Its multiplex will have an area of 17,600 sq.ft. while the food court will spread over 6,800 sq.ft.
