Lebanese restaurant chain Maroosh has opened an outlet in Aashima mall, Bhopal. Spread over 376 sq.ft., the restaurant offers Lebanese, Arabian and Mughlai cuisine.
Speaking on the occasion, Ketan Parikh, Director, Maroosh, said: “Bhopal was the most logical choice for expansion because the city does not have too many Lebanese restaurants. However, the food culture here is so great that people are always willing to try new things. Considering the city’s population, mostly dominated by teenagers and youngster’s with disposable income, it was an ideal market to enter.”
He further added that people are getting more-and-more exposure to emerging food trends from around the world and want to get the same experience even when they are back home.
Maroosh is currently present in Pune, Mumbai, and Bhopal with a total of 18 restaurants in the country.
