Having arrived in the chocolate scene two years ago with The Chocolate Factory, Chef Varun Inamdar is a post graduate from Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. He has been associated with some of the leading hospitality chains in the world for over a decade.
Inamdar’s guest and clientele range from the royal family of Al Sabah, Al Khalifa and Al Saud in the Arabian Gulf to Barack Obama, Nicholas Sarkozy and Vladimir Putin. In India, he has served desserts and chocolates to celebrities like Sachin Tendulkar and the Ambani family.
Varun has also won “The Best Chocolate Showpiece Award” at the Great India Culinary Challenge 2011 and a number of Medals of Excellence at the various places he has worked in.
Having worked with some of the most distinguished chefs in the industry, he now conducts visual and appreciation chocolate workshops.
