Associated with the Lalit Suri Hospitality Group for over two years, Shyama Nand Choudhary got associated with the group for the first time in 2011 at Khajuraho as Executive Sous Chef.
Prior to Khajuraho, he was employed with Golden Tulip, Ghaziabad as an Executive Chef. Choudhary also worked with Habtoor Hospitality as Chef de Cuisines. While working in Khajuraho, Chef Shyamanand promoted Bundelkhandi cuisine in the Royal Palace of Srinagar.
With a work experience of over 13 years in India and Gulf, he specialises in Indian, Continental, Italian, Lebanese, Greek, Spanish, and British cuisines.
